How it works
The links
LinkFacts acts as an intermediary between a link and it's destination. When a visitor clicks on a LinkFacts link, the visitor's click is registered with LinkFacts and then the visitor is instantaneously redirected to the actual destination of the link. The visitor will not be aware of any of this as it all happens "behind the scenes". The links function as normal, but you get all sorts of real-time information about your traffic!
Setting it up
To get all this to work is quite simple. After you've created an account with us, you can begin registering links. Once you've registered a link, all you have to do is replace the HTML code you put on your website with code that we give you. An example would be replacing
<a href="http://www.someaffiliateprogram.com/offer/3452x2/your_track_id=123456">Click here for free stuff!</a>
with
<a href="http://www.linkfacts.com/l.php?l=number">Click here for free stuff!</a>
It's that easy!
Privacy
We do not store any personal information about the visitor. Our privacy policy outlines how we use cookies and IP addresses to record statistics about your links, but we are strictly pro-privacy and do not collect any information about your visitors that could be used to identify them later.
