LinkFacts does not collect nor provide the email addresses of persons using a LinkFacts link or service. We do require a valid email address on file for member accounts. This email address will NEVER be used except to contact the owner of an account in regards to a service or account related issue. We will NEVER provide email addresses to third parties for any purposes whatsoever, the exception being in legal matters where account information must be provided by law.
Spam and Unsolicited Commerical Email (UCE)
LinkFacts does not condone any form of spam or UCE, nor do we permit our member accounts to allow links to be sent out in spam or UCE messages. Any member caught utilizing such email methods will have their account terminated as according to our Terms of Service Agreement.
